Doug Wimbish and Novasound Studio are excited to present WimBash>>Hartford 2013 celebrating of 25 years of Living Colour's "Vivid", 40 years of Hip-Hop, 34 years of Rapper's Delight, 10 years of WimBash and of course our WimBash host himself, Doug's birthday.

Headlining this epic celebration will be Living Colour, Rapper's Delight - Wonder Mike & Master Gee with their original house band (Doug, Keith Leblanc and Skip McDonald), Grandmaster Caz (Cold Crush Brothers), Rahiem (Furious Five), Bernard Fowler and Unlocking the Truth.
Presented by Grand Band Slam, WimBash>>Hartford will also feature performances by the 2013 CT Music Awards "Best Hip-Hop" finalists - Camacho, Klokwize and Joey Batts & Them, the School of Rock Fort Washington, the School of Rock Westchester, Jaeme Starchild, Orice Jenkins & The SoulTransRelation, Tim Charron, DJ Rampage Global, DJ Markie Gee, DJ Shag Frenzy, John McCarthy, The Jean Marx Express, Sekond Skyn, Shinbone Alley, Earthdriver, The Kelvins and a screening of Wonder Mike & Master Gee's documentary "I Want My Name Back".
Many featured artists as well as several of Doug's sponsors will be hosting music clinics and workshops for all to enjoy and participate in!
